A couple of months ago, I made a couple of sneaky purchases from the skin care brand Caudalie. Its one of my favourite skin care brands. And now that they have been thoroughly tested, I thought I'd introduce these products to you.
Caudalie Vinosource Moisturising Sorbet £21.25
Normally, when I come across a moisturiser designed to help sensitive skin - It lets me down. Its a bold statement to make. And whilst these creams are soothing, most of the time they don't quench my dry, parched skin. They leave my skin feeling tight and thirsty. So usually I am left unsatisfied. This jazzy number feels light and cooling on the skin. Its quick drying and very hydrating. The formula feels refreshing and leaves my skin feeling satisfied. It just feels beautiful. The only thing that annoys me with this product is that it has perfume in the formula. And to me this completely defeats the point of people with sensitive skin using this. If your sensitive, perfume can be quite irritating towards your skin. Fragrances aren't typically meant for the face. And I'd rather this smell bad then good. Whilst it feels lovely on the skin, its the amount of perfume in this product that leaves me in two minds about this product. A warning to people with very sensitive skin.
Caudalie Vinosource S.O.S Thirst Quenching Serum £29
I wrote about this product on the blog last year. And it was such a brilliant find of mine. The formula was unusually very watery, but for some reason it had left my skin feeling super hydrated. I was awed. The dry patches that I struggle with started to disappear. And for the first time, I felt like my skin was in good form. Until I ran out. Yep. Then I faced a barrage of skin issues. Its such a beautiful product. So I recently decided to repurchase. And it was all good, until I popped it onto my skin. It now stings when I pop this on top of my skin. I think either my skin has grown even more sensitive then the last time I used this or they have reformulated. My poor pennies. This does not come cheap. I am in mourning for this product - because it was so life changing for my skin. I will miss it dearly. If your not sensitive, I would give this a serious go. Its a game changer.

I adore Caudalie skin care. But I like to clearly state both the pros and cons of a product when I write my reviews. Let me know your thoughts on Caudalie.

I really want to try some of Caudalie's products! I am thinking of the sorbet, you scared me a bit with the serum! :-)
