I was invited to preview House of Fraser's 'Spring/ Summer 2015' Fashion Collection (#Hofpressday). And I fell in love. The whole collection was just swoon worthy. The collection embraces a mix of strong colours; from bright bold shades to soft welcoming pastels. Its easy to see all of their brands are focused on creating a statement through colour. The bags have been by far my favourite thing to look at; They are quirky, cool and some of the designs carry a sense of humour. The best bags within their new collection are the disco themed bags, which carry the shapes of a disco ball and a set of headphones. I find myself drawn towards the head phone shaped bag - It is such a witty piece that would be fun to style.
The clothes are a mix of bright pops of colour amongst soft pastels. I love that two very different colours work so well together within their collection like the bright blue blazer paired with that soft mint top. This clash of bold and soft colours sitting together work. Monochrome still make its appearance amongst the collections, mixing in with soft greys to create an almost autumn styled look to wear on warmer days. Altogether this collection is well thought out, well put together and very easy on the eyes. If your looking to invest in a nice piece of clothing, I recommend you put a visit to House of Fraser in your books. The Spring/ Summer 2015 collection was just stunning and I look forward to seeing what else they will be popping out.

I loved the Therapy collection. (Well, most of it.) And the JS Collection evening wear is soooo pretty. I also found myself coveting a number of jackets, because of course. I'm a bit sad I didn't get there early enough to get some photos during daylight! But I had a really good time. I even felt for a moment there like I cared about fashion. Hadn't had that feeling in a while.
