Loreal Lipstick 'Blake's Pure Red'


I love my red lipsticks, particularly if they are matte. And their is one lipstick in my life that has stolen quite a large chunk of my attention. Be warned - This is a stunning lipstick. Well done Loreal. 



Burgundy Red Lipsticks are one of my many weaknesses. I have picked up quite a few over the years, but the latest arrival to my collection is a rather hard one to beat. Loreal have introduced a range of red lipsticks to their collection and the shade 'Blake' has stolen a place in my heart. 

The Shade 'Blake's Pure Red' is a gorgeous deep burgundy red with a berry vibe to it. The colour is rather mesmerising. Its bold, fierce and very beautiful. The finish is matte which pleases me immensely. Whilst a lot of matte lipsticks can leave your lips dried out and uncomfortable, this lipstick for me has not been much of a problem to wear. It keeps my lips moisturised whilst staying put. I hate lipsticks that wander onto the teeth. Its not the most long lasting lipstick, you will need to reapply but the colour is too beautiful to resist a look.

    I hate lipsticks that end up on your teeth too, so annoying! The packaging is gorgeous, great photos also!

    This is a beautiful colour, it's so vibrant! I got Eva's red which is more brown toned but it's lovely too. They made a great collection x
