I love doing my make up on Sunday Mornings. There is something completely refreshing about it. And this morning I decided to put a bit of 'Spring' into my look. Introducing you to my 'Face of the Day'.
Since this look was inspired by 'Spring', I wanted my skin to look fresh and glowing with a pop of colour across the eyes and lips. Here are TWO products that have impressed me:
ZOEVA 142 Concealer Buffer Brush
This brush does a very good job at buffing concealer into the skin. If your working concealer into small areas like the sides of your nose or around the eyes, this does a wonderful job. The brush helps to blend the concealer into the skin so well. With a brush like this you do not need a lot of product - It seemed to make a small amount of concealer go a long way!
Laura Mercier Cavier Cream Eye Stick in 'Amethyst'
Amethyst is a gorgeous dark chocolate bronze shade that sits beautifully across the eyes. Its one heck of a flattering shade. When I went to apply this across the eyes this morning, I wasn't expecting such incredible results. I used a brush to blend out the edges for a more smokey look. On first impressions alone, I can tell this is a cream shadow that is long wearing - It hasn't moved since I applied it. I will definitely be wearing this more often.
