Rosy Cheeks

I do love myself a rosy glow. Especially on my cheeks. And to combat all this gloomy weather, I have been injecting a bit of spring back into my steps through the use of blush. Its been a bit of an addiction lately - rosy cheeks. I have lately been using a couple of blushers quite heavily. They have become staples in my daily routine. And I can't seem to get enough of them. Help me…

Dainty Doll 002 (left)

If you can get your hands on this - grab it! I adore this blush. Since I clapped eyes on it, I haven't been able to put it down. It just oozes the word 'gorgeous'. Its pink, its glowing and it makes your cheeks look beautiful. May I stress the word beautiful. The blush itself holds a frosty finish. It makes your skin glow in a very matte sort of way and looks incredibly natural. Don't be heavy handed upon application. Keep it light - Its incredibly pigmented.

Tarte Clay Blush 'Adored' (Right)

This is another winner of my heart. Its a beautiful product. The blush adored, is unlike anything that I own. Why? Its a gorgeous light pink with silver glittery specks. Whilst I am usually put off with the idea of having glitter in my blush, this just looks so beautiful on. Its the type of blush that brightens up your face. It gives your face a splash of colour and adds a glow. It doesn't leave your face covered in glitter either. Its a bit of a two in one product - You won't need a highlighter. And I'd wear this with a matte eye if you really want to rock it.

I love the pep it puts into cheeks. It gives my face a bit of a glow.

What is your favourite rosy blush?

  10. Tarte blushes are definitely fantastic. I own one of the blush palettes from two holiday seasons ago and it travels with me whenever I take a trip abroad. I had baby sized Adore but I can't see to find it anywhere. :-(
