The Place to Shop: Holland & Barrett

The second instalment of my 'The Place to Shop' series takes us to the charming little shop of Holland & Barrett. Now you may be thinking - a health shop? Stop. If your into organic skincare, then this is definitely the place to be. Known for their natural stock of organic products, they believe in living a clean healthy lifestyle. Here you will spot some skin care brands that are not so easy to find. There are some hidden gems in there. And all of their products are completely organic

Some of my favourite brands reside in this store. I try to keep my skin care as organic as I possibly can. My skin doesn't bode well with nasty ingredients. So I have to be careful. Here are three brands that you need to look at:

Burts Bees | Purchase

Forget shopping for these in boots. Compared to Holland & Barrett its limited. Holland & Barrett have such a huge selection of Burts Bees products its wonderful. I love shopping for Burts Bees here. They stock everything.

Try… Their stand out products are their tinted lip balms. These are so nice and creamy. They give a light wash of colour over the lips and don't take much to maintain. The fact that these are 100% natural is a bonus. A particular go to of mine is 'Hibiscus', a gorgeous shade of berry. At £5.99 they are worth a sneaky purchase.

Dead Sea Spa Magik | Purchase

This range smells incredible. It seriously is good on the nose. They offer a wide range of products for the face, hair and body, providing the best care for your skin with nice ingredients. They don't carry a hefty price tag neither.

Try… One of favourite products is their 'Silky Smooth Body Lotion'. It makes me swoon. Not only does it make me smell amazing, but it keeps my skin smooth, soft and very hydrated. Nice legs, here I come. And at £7.99 your grabbing a bargain. Holland & Barrett are currently doing these at buy 1 get one 1/2 price.

Dr. Organics | Purchase

I am new to this brand, but so far I like it. They offer such a wide range of products in various different scents, you will definitely find something you like here. The range smells incredible and is completely organic, leaving your skin in good hands.

Try… I am all about the Manuka Honey Rescue Cream. Its great for calming your skin. Red blotchy enemies be gone. It also smells incredible. And its hypoallergenic - so it gets the thumbs up for sensitive skin. I have had nothing but good results. Again the range is cheap. You can get this for £8.69. Not bad!

Are you a fan of Holland & Barrett? What do you think of their skin care? Let me know...
