Things I've Bought...

Lately my skin has been horrendous. I like to call my skin 'dramatic'. It goes to great lengths to give me trouble and in winter its rare that my skin is perfect. I have dry and sensitive skin, resulting in red dry blotchy desert like patches that like to sit on my face every time the weather changes, I have a shower or when it just doesn't like the product I last put onto my skin. I know - dramatic. So hunting down nice products is a challenge, meaning I buy a lot. Here are some bits of skin care that I have bought to join the battle.

Caudalie Moisturizing Sorbet | £21.25 … Since I love the Caudalie Vinosource SOS Serum, I thought I'd give it a partner in crime to  give my skin some much needed TLC. Its a product said to compliment the SOS serum very well. It says it calms down skin and give it a good boost of hydration. Its just what the doctor ordered. And I bought it. Yep. Hoping for good things.

Dr Organic Manuka Honey Skin Rescue Cream | £8.69 … When I came across the words skin rescue, you could say it was thrown in the basket very quickly. Holland & Barratt stock only the best quality of organic products, so again - I am hoping for a lovely product here. Aimed for Dry, Sensitive, Irritated and allergic skin, it ticks all the boxes. Oh my - Please work. Grrrr. Can I just say, it smells incredible too. Can't wait to pop it on.

Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion | £7.15 … This was recommended to me by a girl who faces the same issues I do; 'petit promise'. Go give her some love. Its early days for me, but in the last 24 hours, my skin has calmed down. Its not cleared up my skin completely but it has reduced it so much that I think this might be a permanent friend of mine. Again its too early to give an exact review, but I will keep you updated. It has some very nice ingredients in here, good for keeping skin hydrated and calm: Oats, Shea Butter, Glycerin and Petrolatum. Try and get some of these ingredients into your own moisturiser.

Let me know what you want me to keep you updated on! Which one attracts your eye?
