Yves Rocher 'Grand Rouge' Lipstick Review

Its no secret, I love my lipsticks. And if they are red, they stay glued to my side. There is one in particular that has been stealing the show recently and because it was such a stunner, I had to share it with you. Prepare yourselves. Its a bit too stunning… 

The shade 'Grand Rouge' is simply stunning. Its one of those classic reds with a strawberry pink undertone. The only words to describe this shade is 'Red Berry'. Its a flattering shade. The lipstick finish is quite matte with a slight glossy sheen. The colour is very good at brightening up a dull complexion. Dull days can go away. And if your looking to throw a bit of edge into your look, this shade will do that for you.

I was left very impressed with the formula. You can tell it was well thought out. I am the type of girl who hates a fussy lipstick. If it leaves me in dramatic situations, then I won't be using it again. But these lipsticks left me wanting to buy more. First off, these lipsticks have a light, fine formula that leaves your lips nice and moisturised. You don't get a thick slab of lipstick sitting on your lips neither. Its a thin application that needs very little product to work onto the lips. It does not slip all over the place and does a rather good job at staying put. Fuss free lipsticks with an electric kick? They may just be your cup of tea!
