The Beauty Bag: October

Every month I switch up my make up bag and pick a few select things to show you guys! This month has been about injecting colour into my look. I have turned to those autumn golds, warm cocoa tones and burgundy shades quite a lot in recent days. Welcome to the beauty bag of October…

Make Up Revolution Dual Eyeliner 'Pen & Kohl' *

This product has been the most exciting thing to enter my beauty bag this month. I absolutely love my eyeliners. I treasure every single one of them. This eyeliner from Make up Revolution is a double ended eyeliner with two sides to it. On one side it gives you a very jet black felt pen eyeliner with a very fine nib - This is perfect for smaller eyes! On the other end it offers you a retractable black kohl pencil eyeliner - The kohl pencil is super easy to smudge out. I find this double ended eyeliner really nifty to have to hand. I love products that are multipurpose and compact. It really floats my boat

Revlon Matte Lipstick 'Really Red'

This beautiful burgundy lipstick featured in my recent post 'The Burgundy Edit'. This is one of my all time favourite drug store lipsticks. It tends to be a regular guest in my make up bag - It hardly leaves. Revlon have an amazing line of matte lipsticks packed with a nourishing formula and a range of impressive colours. 'Really Red' is definitely my favourite of their matte lipsticks collection. It is a classic burgundy red, quite bold and vivid. It makes your lips look beautiful. Mattes are so in for the Autumn season!

NYX Eyeliner 'Silky Cashmere'

I fell in love with this beautiful rose gold eyeliner at the NYX stand in Beauty Olympia. 'Silky Cashmere' brings a really lovely warmth the the eyes that a lot of other eyeliners do not. Its warm golden tones give the skin around the eyes a really glowing lift. Its one of those products that can easily light up a dull complexion. And the colour is just mesmerising. If you want to wear make up but keep it quite natural looking, this eyeliner would be the perfect addition to your collection.

Wild about Beauty Cream Eyeshadow 'Buster'

'Buster' is a beautiful golden shade with warm bronze undertones. This cream eyeshadow really gives you that effortless look. I tend to pop a wash of this product over the lids on a daily basis and I am good to go. It has a really interesting cream to powder texture to it that improves its endurance on the lids. I find that with a primer this product sticks around for absolutely ages. You won't find this halfway down your face by lunch time - I promise
