October has been an exciting month for me. I have found quite a few gems that I absolutely love and I thought I would share them with you. Welcome to my 'October Favourites'…
This is the latest palette to hit the shelves at Sleek and it is a rather exciting find. The 'Precious Metals' Palette is in fact a highlighting palette that consists of four shades that help to draw light to the face. The product is simply stunning. Three of the shades within the palette are cream highlighters. These apply onto skin very easily and sit rather well. The final shade is a bronze coloured powder which adds a touch of warmth to the face. Overall it is a fascinating product, each shade is stunning and it is a palette which gets a lot of love. My previous review includes swatches of this palette.
Sleek have been my favourite brand to explore this October, with not just one but two of their products making it into my favourites. 'Russian Roulette' is a dark burgundy lipstick with a matte finish. Since I clapped my eyes on this lipstick, I have fallen in love. The formula of their matte lipstick range is rather pleasing. Its moisturising but thick enough in consistency not to slip and slide all over your teeth. Most importantly it is comfortable to wear. I hate lip products that feel like I am wearing cake on my mouth. I would urge you to check out the swatch in my last review. It is the perfect winter lipstick.
HJ Manicure Nail Polish 'Midnight Sky' £9.50 | Link
I attended the launch of HJ Manicure's new collection of Nail Polishes and I was lucky enough to take a shade home with me. These nail polishes are pleasing in every single way. HJ Manicure specialises in creating a line of stunning shades with a toxic free, organic formula that does not test on animals. The formula of these nail polishes are impressive. They are long lasting, dry quickly and all of these polishes leave your nails with a super glossy finish. 'Midnight Sky' is a royal peacock blue with a fine shimmery finish. The shimmer is so fine that it looks mesmerising. I would seriously consider checking out their range.
Bracelet from Steam Chains Jewellery | Link
I came across the brand 'Steam Chains Jewellery' at an event and I simply fell in love with their collection. I was gifted this particular bracelet and I have been wearing it non-stop. The stone embedded in a rustic stone set seems to be Rose Quartz and as a jeweller myself, the piece has been put together beautifully. I would urge you to check out her range of products, she has an absolutely stunning selection of jewellery for you to have a look at.
What have been your October favourites?
I would love to know!
